Today’s ally is your current favorite book. What about that book was compelling or interesting? Lean in to that message and see how that informs your decisions today. What bold action would be fun to take based on that compelling message?

360 feedback

360 feedback

Today’s ally is a feedback tool called 360Reach (www.reachcc.com). This tool allowed me to have friends, family, peers, colleagues and managers give me feedback anonymously on how I show up in the world, what impact I have, as well as what could be improved on regarding my impact. It has been humbling and encouraging at the same time. I have verbally received feedback on what I do well, but it seems that people need to tell me anonymously what could be improved upon. Interesting. Let feedback be your ally today…will you need to ask for it?

doorway of opportunity

doorway of opportunity

Today’s ally is the door of opportunity that is right in front of you–the one you’re unsure about. This doorway is helping you clarify what you really want. You also get to choose what you will do with this opportunity. Lots of possibility here…what is the doorway of opportunity for you today?

time to wake up

time to wake up

Today’s ally is the alarm clock! After staying up late skyping with friends and playing internet games, it would have been impossible for me to wake up this morning without this ally.

How about you? What “alarm clock” is reminding you to wake up today?

Today’s ally is Robin Williams. Robin is known for his outrageous humor and way of making the dailiness of life funny. What happened in the last day that was actually humorous if looked through the lens of humor?

Think about the qualities of your best friend-or one of them. Are they there for you through thick and thin? Do they call you at just the right moment? Are they the one that drives you the craziest?

What qualities do they have that support you and make your life more enjoyable? Think about it for a moment…

Now, really lean into that support and see what happens. Let your friend know what you appreciate about them. And, let me know what you discover!
